Manager, Inside Sales

Summary:     The Dolphins have recently completed a $500 million stadium modernization and in 2016 were nominated for Sports Business Journal's Sports Team of the Year Award as well as Best Sports Facility of the Year Award. The team has seen record growth in ticket sales and has become recognized as one of the premier organizations to work for in sports. Under the direction of CEO Tom Garfinkel and CMO Jeremy Walls (SBJ 40 under 40 winner) the ticket sales team is prepared to continue to maximize revenue and grow careers.Since inception, five seasons ago our Membership Development team has produced seventy eight (78) promotions to account executive roles, eleven (11) premium sales managers, and twelve (12) managers in leadership positions. We are looking for an elite sales person with leadership experience who is ready to build upon the success of the program and help take it to the next level, and in doing so grow their own career.This individual will be responsible recruiting, training, and developing the next wave of successful sales people. They will collaborate with leadership to develop a sales and training strategy to ensure Membership Development Associates are ready to earn a promotion to the account executive level. They will work closely with the Vice President, Ticket Sales & Service to maximize revenue. Essential Functions: Innovation in regards to recruiting, by finding new and creative ways to ensure Dolphins acquire top level talent Work with the leadership team to establish sales goals and incentive programs Meet or exceed established Membership Development Associates revenue goals Join associates on sales calls and face-to-face appointments to instruct on and assist with the sales process Continue to build on best in class onboarding and training curriculum by developing new and impactful coaching and training programs Manage outbound sales call campaigns through CRM tool and sales reports, tracking ROI, and lead management Ensure that all associates uphold the standards of professionalism and service as established by the Miami Dolphins Essential Requirements:  An unwavering work ethic with a passion for developing sales people and careers Successful track record of achieving revenue goals and building a successful sales culture Three (3) years of experience in ticket, partnership or premium sales with at least one (1) year of sales training experience Bachelor's degreerequired Outstanding sales, leadership and motivation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Superior presentation and organizational skills Collaborative sales leader with proven success on a winning sales team Ability to work irregular hours, event coverage and weekends Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Platform Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Reasonable accommodations may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the job.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
