We require:

years' experience in culinary management for Sous Chef, with escalating levels of experience up to the Executive Chef positionBachelor's degree or related culinary degree, preferredLeadership experience in a high volume, scratch kitchen requiredProven leadership development experience with tactical examples of mentorship, leadership and performance developmentTangible dedication to providing a best in class hospitality experience to both internal and external guestsExperience in tactical kitchen responsibilities including food costing, inventory, purchasing, waste management and recipe training with solid systems in place supporting consistency and qualityAbility to self-evaluate and consistently identify areas where knowledge or performance improvement can be identified and actioned
