CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER- Marjam Supply Co. Inc. seeks Construction Project Manager in Miami-Dade County area to estimate total costs of residential/commercial construction projects working directly with contractors and subcontractors; analyze blueprints/documentation related to residential/commercial projects to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates; prep estimates for use in selecting vendors/subcontractors; prep cost estimates for use by mgmt in planning, organizing, and scheduling work; work directly with architects/engineers to find cost effective solutions to obstacles presented on the project, helping to choose the right materials for the purpose intended; prep cost and expenditure statements to present to mgmt throughout the length of construction project; value engineering projects by improving value of materials and services, increasing value by improving function or reducing cost of goods; review material and labor requirements for each project to determine whether it is more cost-effective to produce or purchase project components; recommend improved materials to customers, documenting how changes will lower costs or increase production.
