SCOPE:
As an Agency Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our territory field representatives and independent agents.
You will work within your partnerships to create and execute sales actions that align with your goals and objectives.
Examples of daily expectations are as follows:
Answer inbound agent calls, conduct virtual training, assist agents with issues or direct them to the appropriate department.

DUTIES :
Establish a strong rapport with independent agents, serving as a reliable point of contact for all agency-related matters.
Understand the individual needs of agencies providing personalized support and solutions that align with their requirements.
Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure all parties are aligned and aware of changes.
Works with Territory Field Representative to appoint and on-board new agents.
Conduct virtual training sessions for agents to enhance their understanding of UAIC's products, policy features, and claims procedures.
Stay up to date on competitor intelligence.
Identify and address potential issues in policy documentation, billing, and claims processing.
Generate regular field reports summarizing interactions, issues addressed, and agent feedback.
Contribute insight to improve processes and enhance customer experiences.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
EDUCATION:
Associate degree in business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
At minimum one to two years of industry-related experience is preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Bilingual preferred SKILLS &
Experience:
Strong knowledge of insurance products, policy language, and claims procedures.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Customer-centric attitude with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using technology, including Sales Force and Microsoft Office Suite.
Prior insurance agency experience preferred.
