United States of America WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING During the duration of the program:
The intern will be working with the person in charge of reviewing and monitoring performance of investment managers.
Will be exposed to and have access to the broader team for inquiries regarding approved investments (ex.
close dates, minimum investments, general subscription questions, etc.
) Will be assigned ad hoc research projects including capital markets and macro factors.
Will learn from Advisors the analyzing alternative investments offered by third parties.
Will learn from full-time employees administrative tasks such as tracking investment allocations, scheduling manager meetings, taking meeting notes, maintaining electronic files, etc.
Will have the opportunity to develop expertise in technology and tools used for investment analysis.
Will have the opportunity to learn and assist with drafting topical research papers, develop marketing and educational materials, research new asset classes.

Education, Profile & Skills:
Bachelor's degree required; Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline preferred.
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
Comfortable presenting in group settings and have the confidence to express an informed opinion; Be intellectually curious, inquisitive and have a strong interest in capital markets.
Desire to acquire a basic knowledge of alternative investments.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail.
Flexible and adaptable to change; Demonstrate maturity, reliability, and pride in one's work.
While taking appropriate initiative, the intern will be able to handle multiple requests and prioritize effectively while maintaining a positive and flexible attitude.
Bilingual with the ability to read, write, and speak Spanish proficiently in order to observe interaction with Latin America clients.
