We have an immediate opening for a Marketing & Communication Manager in the company to lead the department as part of our Laundry division.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Knowledge and understanding of the manufactured products and applications:
commercial laundry equipment.
Constant communication with our distributors to understand needs and support them with effective tools towards the sale and promotion o our products.
Create documentation and presentations related to marketing plans to grow sales and launch / promote products in an efficient way.
Follow up with suppliers to get associated information, certifications and awards.
Provide marketing and sales support to our distributors, customers and leads coming through the web site Prepare presentations, videos, market researches and competitors comparisons Develop and execute an effective yearly marketing and communication plan Management and promotion of our brands, products, projects through social media (LinkedIn) and YouTube channel for videos Coordination with international headquarters for other social media platforms Obtain, adapt and manage all our sales and marketing documentation (brochures, flyers, catalogs, price list, spec sheets, images) and videos in coordination with corporate Constant communication with distributors (mainly) and end users to obtain case studies, pictures and positive feedbacks and testimonies to be utilized and communicated Manage our Web sites and information and documents on it (uploads) Update sales database with prospects, leads and customers Massive communication of newsletters and notifications to distributors and customers Prepare, coordinate and participate in trade shows and sales seminars Full participation with sales team to establish annual goals and marketing strategies Inventory control of our sales and marketing materials.
Mail / Ship when needed Communication and participation with associations and magazines of the industry Maintain Showroom and Demo kitchen in good condition for customers IOT / Connectivity Software management and support to distributors and customers.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a marketing position with at least 3 year experience (ideal backgrounds include commercial or domestic laundry / foodservice products).
Bilingual (English as primary, Spanish as secondary language).
Ability to travel up to 30%.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; both written and verbal.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, graphic design software, videos /photography editing software and webs will be very valued Social Media skills Motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic.
